Gold Buried in Sandy Area at Padmanabhaswamy Temple; 24 Employees Questioned
Thiruvananthapuram: According to Media Reports, The investigation into the attempted theft of gold from the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple has expanded to include additional employees. Police questioned 24 staff members responsible for handling ornaments between the 7th and 10th of this month. Their mobile phone records are also under scrutiny. The missing gold was found buried in a sandy area, 40 meters from the strong room, late last evening. Meanwhile, a section of devotees is preparing to approach the High Court, demanding the disclosure of details regarding the temple’s assets.
