More than half a lakh devotees sought treatment at the Ayurveda hospital
During the pilgrimage season, 63,785 devotees sought treatment at the Sannidhanam Ayurveda Hospital. Most people came for ailments such as muscle cramps, body pain, cough, sneezing, cold, and swelling. Various therapies including thirummal (massage), lepanam (application of medicated paste), steam inhalation, and nasya were given to 10,807 people.
The hospital staff were deployed in nine phases, with 20 members in each phase including seven doctors. Since January 12, Dr. Anil Kumar from Kozhikode has been serving as the charge medical officer. The team also includes three pharmacists, four therapists, three attendants, and three cleaning staff.
The other day, under the leadership of the charge medical officer, 12 staff members presented a devotional music program titled Bhakthi Ganasudha at the Sannidhanam Auditorium.
