On-Duty Police Officer Passes Away at Sabarimala
Pathanamthitta: A police officer who was on duty at the Sabarimala Sannidhanam passed away following a cardiac-related illness. The deceased has been identified as Jayan K K, a Senior Civil Police Officer attached to the Muvattupuzha Police Station.
He was on duty near the northern side of the Sannidhanam when he developed health complications. He was first taken to the Sannidhanam hospital, where he was given initial treatment, and later shifted to the hospital at Pampa for further care.
Despite medical efforts, he passed away at around 1 a.m. Jayan K K was a native of Kuttampuzha in Kothamangalam.
