87 Nursing Officer Vacancies at Sabarimala; Security Officer Applications Invited
Sabarimala: Nursing Officers will be appointed at emergency medical centres operating during the Mandala-Makaravilakku pilgrimage season at Sabarimala. The recruitment is open to male candidates, with a total of 87 vacancies available.
The appointments will be made on a daily-wage basis. Nursing Officers will be deployed at emergency medical centres operating at various locations from Pamba to Sannidhanam and at Karimala.
Eligibility
Candidates must have either General Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognised college, along with a valid Kerala Nursing Council registration certificate.
Preference will be given to candidates who have served during previous Sabarimala pilgrimage seasons and those holding an ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
The service period will be from November 14, 2026, to January 21, 2027.
Interview on October 8
Candidates must appear with their original certificates, copies of the certificates and work experience certificate at the District Medical Officer of Health's office, located on the fourth floor of the Collectorate building.
The interview will be held on October 8 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Security Guard Recruitment for Sabarimala Season
As part of the Mandala-Makaravilakku festival, security guards will also be appointed at Sabarimala, Pamba and Nilakkal. The appointments will be temporary and made on a daily-wage basis.
Ex-servicemen and retired personnel from the State Police, Excise, Fire and Rescue Services and other uniformed forces can apply. Candidates must have at least five years of work experience.
The opportunity is open to male candidates belonging to the Hindu faith, with the maximum age limit set at 67 years. Selected candidates will receive a daily wage of ₹900, with free accommodation and food provided.

Candidates from Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Malappuram, Kannur and Kasaragod will attend the interview at the Travancore Devaswom Board Guest House in Aluva.
