Sabarimala: Neelimala Route Closed Temporarily, Pilgrims Directed to Tractor Road

The Neelimala pathway, a key route for devotees trekking to the Sabarimala temple, has been temporarily closed by authorities due to slippery conditions caused by recent rains. The decision was made following reports of several pilgrims sustaining serious injuries while Climbing.
To ensure the safety of devotees, authorities have diverted pilgrims to the alternative Tractor Road (Ayyappan Road) until further notice. The Tractor Road offers a safer and more stable route for devotees to continue their pilgrimage to the sacred shrine of Lord Ayyappa.
