Global Ayyappa Conclave to Be Held on September 20 at Pampa
The Global Ayyappa Conclave will be held on September 20 at the banks of the Pampa, announced Devaswom Minister V. N. Vasavan. Around 3,000 delegates from various countries are expected to participate, alongside Union Ministers and Chief Ministers from other states.
For the first time in history, such a large-scale conclave is being organized to bring together devotees and representatives from across the world. The objective is to further spread the fame and spiritual significance of Sabarimala.
The conclave is being jointly organized by the State Government and the Travancore Devaswom Board. Minister Vasavan said the event would be “an opportunity to listen to voices of Ayyappa devotees from across the globe.”
To oversee the arrangements, a 1,001-member organizing committee has been formed, with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan serving as Chief Patron.
