Sabarimala Room Booking at Sannidhanam Opens Today for March Poojas
Accommodation slots at Sannidhanam for devotees visiting the Sabarimala Sree Ayyappa Swamy temple during the upcoming Meena Masa - March month pooja and annual temple festival have opened today (March 6). Devotees who wish to stay at Sannidhanam can now book rooms through the official website of the Travancore Devaswom Board www.onlinetdb.com.
The temple will be open for the Meena month poojas from March 14 to March 19 and for the Sabarimala annual festival from March 22 to April 1.
Devotees planning to visit must also mandatorily book Virtual Queue slots for darshan through the Sabarimala online portal sabarimalaonline.org, in addition to room reservations.
Online accommodation booking is available only up to 14 days before the intended date of stay. New booking slots for dates 14 days ahead will open daily at 12 midnight.
As restrictions similar to those during the Mandala–Makaravilakku season may be followed due to heavy crowds, accommodation at Sannidhanam during the festival period will be ensured only for devotees who plan their visit in advance. Devotees are therefore advised to check availability on the official website and book early.
